Do Step Inn Central - Self-Service-Hostel - Vienna

The location of the hostel was fantastic, being just a short walk from the main train station. This made it really convenient for me to explore the city during my business trip. The cleanliness of the facilities was also impressive, with both the rooms and bathrooms being well-maintained. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of work.

One of the downsides of the hostel was the self-check-in process, which could be confusing for some guests, especially those who are not tech-savvy. It would have been helpful to have more staff available to assist with any difficulties.

I stayed at Do Step Inn Central for my recent trip to enjoy Vienna. The location is perfect, right next to the train station and metro station, making it convenient for travel. The hostel is modern and clean, with new facilities and a cozy common area. The online check-in process was fast and practical, and the staff was helpful, even when I had a small issue. The privacy provided by the locked bed doors and the wooden wall around the bed was a unique feature. I had a great experience and would recommend Do Step Inn Central to everyone.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the main train station and metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. the beds were really comfortable and had charging points inside them, which was a great feature.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially during hot summer nights. the noise from the street outside also made it difficult to keep the window open for ventilation.

Room 01, located near the entrance, felt a bit unsafe and vulnerable to break-ins. Due to being on the ground level, we couldn't open the window for ventilation.

The hostel had issues with security, as there were incidents of strangers entering the facilities and stealing guests' belongings. . the bunk beds provided some privacy but were noisy due to constant opening, shutting, locking, and unlocking.

Fantastic location, near train and metro station. Easy check-in with automatic keypad codes. Bed doubles as locker with individual light and sockets. Clean and tidy everywhere. Great kitchenette with vending machine. Futuristic and safe atmosphere.

I loved the code system at Do Step Inn Central - Self-Service-Hostel, it made check-in and access to the facilities really easy and convenient. The well-equipped kitchen and private bathrooms were a definite plus. Everything was also kept clean and tidy.

The hostel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. it provides towels , which is a nice touch and not something you often find in hostels. the wooden walls around the beds offer privacy and help to create a quieter sleeping environment.

There were instances of noise disruption and security issues during the stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the lack of communication regarding staff entering the room. There were instances where cleaners and other staff would just barge in without any notice or knocking.
